Shotacon is basically the boy equivalent of lolicon, which is an infatuation with underage girls. Shota is underage boys.
For just young boys or girls, the terms are usually shonen and shoujo (For Manga classification too, with Seinen and Josei being male/female adults respectively, the other two being under 18s).

They're just like trill with hair. *shudder*
Everiine is a man, and is very manly. This MAN before you is so manly you might as well just gender bend right now, cause he's the manliest man that you ever did see. His manly shape has spurned many women and girlyer men to boughs of fainting. He stands before you in a manly manerific typical man-like outfit which is covered in his manly motto: "I am a man!"

First we begin with the letter itself, because I haven't seen the design before.
a clean sheet of parchment with a deep blue envelope.
Delportese in make, the fine grain of this piece of parchment allows for excellent absorption of ink and stain. the paper itself is a milky egg-white and has been decorated with a series of blue geometric shapes along its border. Thin, wispy lines of black guide the author's hand in writing. The parchment has been pair with a deep blue envelope, sealed with a thick globe of wax. On the front face of the envelope, the name 'Shanfer Brigginston' has been written in blocky, clear letters. It has 9 months of usefulness left. It weighs 1 ounce(s). A clean sheet of parchment with a deep blue envelope is holding: Nothing. It has the following aliases: letter, stationery.
And then the contents thereof!
To the Lord Portius Windwhisper,
Salutations, I am Shanfer Brigginston, an eager and intrepid scholar and reviewer for the Lusternian World Library Publications. Below, you will find my review of your 'Commentaries on the Third Razine Development,' which I regret was much too long for our systems to fully process (indeed, it is my over-enthusiasm for your work that revealed to me the extent in which our systems [a poorly constructed artifice made in attempt to replicate gnomish automata] has its limits). I hope you find it well.
Most sincerely,
Shanfer Brigginston.

Lord Windwhisper's latest work entitled 'Comentaries on the Third Razine Deployment' is a historical artifact, a translation of an original text written by Air Marshal Axcui Ockek. Given that it is a document connected to actual events (or at least, presumed to be the case as long as we are willing to accept the potential truth of any given translation or replicated historical document), it is difficult to undermine or criticize the 'story' of the events enclosed.
As a reviewer, my job then takes on the position of fact-checker, or at least, historical correspondent. One of the sad issues with Windwhisper's text is that it lacks dates. However, this is not entirely problematic; for historical documents have often been destroyed or held in status, etc. Following Windwhisper's translation, I would imagine that this document heralds somewhere around the reign of Emperor Ladantine IV. My consideration is this: Windwhisper refers to the theory of Hallifaxian vassal packs (which he posited to have emerged within the first two centuries of Holy Celestine Empire) and in this commentary, the Emperor was 'inclined towards vices which Gaudiguch could help him satisfy.'
During the reigh of Ladantine IV, the infamous Nature Wars were performed. I consider this further because it is historically known that Gaudiguch performed experiments on animals (and later fae) with the full support of the Empire. Further, I would consider this primarily because of Waritthi Xeeth's 'Legacies of My Family: The Xeeths and the War' (a revisionist history/memoir) and Totlunane Highwater's well-known 'The Imperial History of the Empire' (admittedly, the latter of the two has been variously criticized for lacking true academic rigor; nonetheless, it is a useful starting point for tracking history, and further, it references Ladantine IV to be interested in the 'affairs of Gaudiguch').
Naturally, this is only a theory myself - which would need to be vetted with the greater academic community - but I believe Lord Windwhisper's translation of imperial history and documents are a greatly needed commodity for future scholarship.
Cordially,

She is an ordinary human and is a female tiger reaches a modest five feet in height when standing. Her eyes gleam out from the center of her face, the left one an emerald green and the right one a sapphire blue. The vast majority of the female's body is covered in an onyx black, her short and neatly trimmed fur accentuating her lithe form. A number of patterns in green and blue paint adorn her body, tribal lines under her eyes and stripes down her arms and legs. White fur does occasionally grace the female's body, namely revealing itself at her paws and footpaws. What skin is shown is soft and pink, primarily at her pads and the inside of her muzzle and ears. A long mane of black, straight hair falls down from the top of her head, falling down to an expertly pointed cropping at the short of her back. The entire outline of the hair, from bangs to back, is lined in two colors- a green line outlines the edges, and a blue line follows it just above. She is wearing a dainty tiered dress of ebony silk and lace.

It better not be in my guild. You have to earn being a harlot.
Everiine said: The reason population is low isn't because there are too many orgs. It's because so many facets of the game are outright broken and protected by those who benefit from it being that way. An overabundance of gimmicks (including game-breaking ones), artifacts that destroy any concept of balance, blatant pay-to-win features, and an obsession with convenience that makes few things actually worthwhile all contribute to the game's sad decline.
