If there was one thing you could change about your character, but for whatever reason cannot, what would it be?
I just don't have the RL brain to grind, to bash, to influence, to PVP. It bores me to tears. Sylandra will never be able to be good at that because my brain doesn't value it. I get impatient and frustrated, which makes me not want to log in.
It's frankly a miracle Sylandra exists at all, because it's also the reason I can't alt to save my life.
"Oh yeah, you're a naughty mayor, aren't you? Misfile that Form MA631-D. Comptroller Shevat's got a nice gemstone disc for you, but yer gonna have to beg for it."

Much of this is also true of me, so it took me an embarrassingly long time to finally get a character to level 100. Things changed when I realised I could listen to audiobooks while I influence. Level + read? And we are (finally) in business...
Anyway questions... one thing I'd change about Thayan is to make her a bit less emotionally driven. Fewer agonies might ensue? Then again it's possibly her strength as much as her weakness, so maybe not.
@Thyelleia favourite tea: plain black tea with milk and a little sugar. This is a secret, because it's nowhere near interesting enough for the person who's incapable of making a recipe with fewer than six flavours in it.
@Sylandra: most embarrassing moment, one or two emotional meltdowns. The fewer details about those, the better...
@Ordassa: ideal spouse, let's say the one that doesn't vanish after a week. Those do exist, right?
@Breandryn: Thayan's main quirk is her rapidly rotating wardrobe of hairstyles. And hair colours. And hair ornaments. I think @Kistan is the only one who notices.
My question for everyone: what's your character's favourite design (that they didn't make themselves?) Thayan's is the smiling gumdrop backpack.

Ooh! I like that question. Top contender is this one from @Daraius.
a loboshigaru life-bond ring
Cast in bas relief around the band of this gleaming white gold ring, a pack of diminutive wolves pursues an unseen quarry. The wolves' sleek forms are captured in mid-sprint, wind-whipped fur and determined expressions rendered in lifelike detail by a careful and caring hand. The tiny figures lope in close proximity to each other, their overlapping profiles and endless chase suggestive of the unity of the pack, but each one unique in stance and character. One wolf prowls with his head lowered and ears flat against his head, while another glances back over his shoulder as if to encourage his companions. One canters with his head held high, a pristine sphere of golden beryl clasped between his teeth; but despite his prize he remains both escort and attendant, no more vital or prominent than any of the others. This ring's every cut and cast reflect the care and precision of a master jeweller, making it a powerful symbol of the lifelong loyalty and devotion of the pack.
"Oh yeah, you're a naughty mayor, aren't you? Misfile that Form MA631-D. Comptroller Shevat's got a nice gemstone disc for you, but yer gonna have to beg for it."
Non-Isune divine would be Maylea for the artist aspect, or Weiwae to see if he can help Him change His perception of Bollikin.
Ideal partner is driven and passionate about something, open minded, and patient. Fuzzy is a bonus. (Rheiss hits a lot of Luce's buttons because of the passion he shows for at and music.)
Ideal parents: Mal and Pejat hit a lot of the high points, encouraging him to leave his comfort zone without pushing too hard. Maligorn is the more passionate of the two, and Pejat the reasoned, but they both are wonderful e-rents
There is a quirk of Luce's that a couple of people are clued in on, but while it colors a lot of his habits and perceptions, I've never directly displayed it. It's come up indirectly, a couple times though.
I actually wish Luce wasn't so firmly tied to Dreamweaver. I've wanted to pop him into Symphony or Institute one or twice, but can't.
Most embarrassing moment: completing the Star of Celest during a major event, and then walking away before the prophecy got delivered to a now empty room. I didn't know it was delivered at the beacon, and ran to the room I thought got it.

I like my characters experiencing conflict, Selenity not so much. If you mean something I enjoy my character doesn't that isn't something my character experiences...
Thinking of @Drocilla on this one, @Everybody have you seen any clothes on pinterest or elsewhere and thought it be perfect for your character? Post some examples!
Avurekhos says, "Dylara's a PvP menace in my eyes, totes rekting face."
The eye of Dylara materialises in your hands and flings itself around your neck, tightening incomprehensibly until it is irremovable. Perfectly clean, this eyeball has been wrenched from the socket of Dylara. It has been animated by some unusual force, constantly looking around itself as if in shock or fear. It is bathed in a light covering of white flames that roll endlessly over its surface. A single chain of empyreal metal pierces either side of the eye, allowing it to be worn around the neck.

My favorite would have to be the wedding gown that @Zyphora designed for Irillia, for both sentimental and aesthetic reasons:
an elegant wedding gown of opalescent skybloom silks
Resplendent in pale hues seemingly as delicate and ephemeral as the lavender skyblooms of Clarramore, this wedding gown has been formed from luxuriously soft, pearlescent silk. The off-shoulder neckline demurely bares the feminine decolletage in fragile splendour, draping around the upper arms in graceful swaths of opalescent lilac gossamer. Betwixt these sleeves, the bodice traces a gentle sweetheart neckline, the silk sewn and ruched into delicately frilled petals; these unfurl subtly outward in mimicry of the peony flower, its pale heart at the centre of the bodice deepening into lavender at the edges of its petals. Silver lightly frosts the petals, redolent of dawn's evanescent veil of dew. Ensconcing the torso in gradated hues of white pearl and lavender, the gown's bodice tapers to a baroque waist, trimmed in silvery lace and tiny seed pearls. The gown's bell-like silk organza skirts, in contrast to the bodice, have been rendered in misty white, only their subtle iridescence and richness of fabric a testament to their opulent make. With sufficient movement, the underskirts of the gown are revealed, fabricating volume as well as grace. The deepest layers are the dreamy lavender of the bodice, fading in an opalescent gradient through paler hues until the outermost skirt. Evocative of Clarramore's silver-bemisted skybloom gardens in the heart of springtime, this gown embraces and enhances the natural, blossoming radiance of the bride on her special day.

Actually having someone design this for me, as I am not quite sure how to describe a sari myself.
@anyone Is there anything you the player likes doing our having happen that your character(s) don't?
I'm probably a Gaudiguchian in real life. I'm basically a lizard who wants to bask in the sun and who whines at the first brush of cold air. (You can ask @Krackenor to confirm this, I am the biggest wimp when it comes to snow.) Give me 90F weather any day, I'm all about heat and sunshine. Meanwhile Sylandra is a Jadicean bedecked in icy apparel.
Hmm, what else. I like teaching IRL but I hated doing anything GA-related as Sylandra. That was one of my least favorite things I ever did as her. That's probably just a weird OOC quirk on both accounts, but it's an odd distinction that seems to fit! Same deal re: real life editing vs being the Hallifaxian librarian.
Similar question: what are some random similarities between you and your character that you find amusing?

Upon closer inspection we are both related to most of the people near us.
NYC. From three different parts of Italy and have some ancestors who were along the first to settle Rhode Island and New Amsterdam. As for Selenity... The family trees discussion says enough.
I guess I should clarify: I mean situations you love to put your character in, like Luce HATES performing feminine roles, wearing girly things, being mistaken for a girl, etc, but I live for that kind of awkwardness. Likewise that thing with @Breandryn, he'd probably aim Guardian mk II at Bob Junior, then Breandryn specifically for that conversation, but I loved every minute of both chats.
Here's a fun question for @Everyone: You're RPing with someone, and everything's going along fine, until suddenly your mind goes blank! The interaction is threatened with awkward silence - what do you do?

Tirah is kind of awkward at times, so it usually is not too bad. Usually she will unelegantly try to change the topic or give you some of her toys to get some reaction out of you.

Try to finish off the conversation politely, say that I must "tend to my tah'vrai" and exit stage right. Easy escape.

Have you been spying on my RP lately ;_;
I don't know. I'm bad at this. I guess I find a polite way to leave, then hide in a manse and do something else for awhile hahaha, hoping no one sends me a tell.

Summon Turilira and let him have the spotlight for a few. Rping through mobiles, gotta love it.

Depends who I am with and how the RP has felt up to that point. Unless I am having an awesome day or just feeling really confident, I am usually fairly nervous and worried about bothering when I first RP with people, so the awkward silence would likely be interpreted as the person not wanting to RP with me, so I'd scram.
Someone I RP a lot with, like Xypher, I'm a lot more comfortable with and if there's a lull I'll just find a new direction for us to go, like bringing up a current event or an experiment we have discussed. Often I RP about things in the room descriptions or with mobs, so I can fill empty air with physical RP, emoting background actions like taking a bite out of a candy house or clearing paperwork from a table and that can sometimes lead us into a new arc. If things are still kinda uninspired, Xypher and I sometimes do tourist RP, where we just go to a zone and wander around, roleplaying out exploring and reacting to the rooms. I love that sort of RP when my brain is tired - you can still weave in character building details, but you can also give your mind a rest and just have fun exploring an area.
What's your most embarrassing Lusternia moment (that you're willing to admit to on forums)?
One time I typoed something three times and kept getting a "we don't know wtf you're talking about", until an admin showed up and had to smack me around.
Back in the days of Ethelon's system, he had a trigger that showed a directory of what paths in the Cubix Fulcrux went where. It looked like it belonged there when you were in the cubix rooms, but one of the listings had a typo, and I kept typoing it because I thought it was supposed to be there.
Everiine said: The reason population is low isn't because there are too many orgs. It's because so many facets of the game are outright broken and protected by those who benefit from it being that way. An overabundance of gimmicks (including game-breaking ones), artifacts that destroy any concept of balance, blatant pay-to-win features, and an obsession with convenience that makes few things actually worthwhile all contribute to the game's sad decline.
I've just gotten around to looking through the forums. I'm not particularly used to utilizing this form but it does seem fun. So feel free to ask anything of Xypher!

So an embarrassing moment of mine. Probably are worse ones. Definitely are worse ones. First few months of playing were mortifying.
But here's a fun one. When Syl was CL of Hallifax she was like 35ish years old and my first IRE character. I do not recommend that combination to anyone, by the way, it is terrible. And on the alliance clan, Narynth is like "Oh, okay, so Hallifax isn't helping Glomdoring with the domoths? Really? Okay. Great. Awesome alliance we've got going on."
And I was like "No, no, we'll help! Totally! Be right there!"
But I didn't know what a domoth was omfg I just pretended I did and ran with it.
I think I like, met up with some Gloms and did the stuff they said to do? But I wasn't a demi (lol still not) and basically just stood there as I silently panicked at my keyboard. Ahaha, I really had no idea what was going on at all. I am pretty sure it was obvious, even though I tried really really hard to be cool about it.
I think every time Narynth and I interacted in 2010 I died a little on the inside because something embarrassing would happen like this and she'd basically give the e-version of a "wtf" look. She's hella cool though.
