Could also use Nestene or half-converted Cybermen, or Venitian vampires, absorbaloffs, Mel, or any of half a dozen enemies that actually can disguise as humans...Or make it Torchwood versus UNIT...
"Oh yeah, you're a naughty mayor, aren't you? Misfile that Form MA631-D. Comptroller Shevat's got a nice gemstone disc for you, but yer gonna have to beg for it."
So; I've got a couple of thoughts about a mafia game that might not (and probably will not) be very balanced. It will, however, be different. Would there be any interest in that kind of a game?

Yes! Hard games can be fun as long as they aren't impossible.

If no one ahead of me in line is ready after the weekend, I'll have one ready to go. But there are plenty of people ahead of me so they should go first if possible!

Not running my own mafia until further notice, sorry. I'm up for playing them though.
Everiine said: The reason population is low isn't because there are too many orgs. It's because so many facets of the game are outright broken and protected by those who benefit from it being that way. An overabundance of gimmicks (including game-breaking ones), artifacts that destroy any concept of balance, blatant pay-to-win features, and an obsession with convenience that makes few things actually worthwhile all contribute to the game's sad decline.
