Dragons are a very recognisable and epic part of Lusternia's history! Our last year arc, in fact, was tied to them. Drachou is one of the Basin of Life's only examples of dragons and is Gaudiguch related, yes, but it is hardly their domain. Dragons are their own thing! However, they exist so far outside of the Basin of Life that this is likely not a possibility to have occurred lore-wise.
The administration does have a very big hand in custom beast requests (and all customisations), to answer your other question! On this particular topic, I would recommend looking into other art for your inspiration as this particular image is fan art of the Black Rose Dragon Yu-Gi-Oh card, and we want (and need) to be very careful when approaching other intellectual properties.

- This basically shows you GUILD TASK LIST from their point of view
for easier checking of what they have and haven't done.
edit: idea'd but could it be part of the promote priv. That way everyone who might need it has it.

Another rave for @Lantra, some may feel am doing this very regularly, but I really feel the need to highlight all the amazing things she creates and the amazing character that this goddess is in game. I just... to be able to see this distant yet motherly goddess, but also get to see the cracks, sorrow and sadness that moves a character that is aeons old and has suffered so much sorrow yet still holds firm to what she believes in. Thanks for letting us all witness part of your work

Ack, also meant to add that Bizirik has been one of my favorites to interact with through Thaldorn. Thaldorn even occasionally refers to Gurashi as "Bizirik's pet" in-game. xD

HOWEVER, after hunting with you guys a few times and actually holding conversations (I'm probably one of the few who can tell you guys apart, lol) I realized how wrong I was.
