Everiine, are you mad that Trill don't have a made-up language?
Everiine said: The reason population is low isn't because there are too many orgs. It's because so many facets of the game are outright broken and protected by those who benefit from it being that way. An overabundance of gimmicks (including game-breaking ones), artifacts that destroy any concept of balance, blatant pay-to-win features, and an obsession with convenience that makes few things actually worthwhile all contribute to the game's sad decline.

No, we trill are the most noble of races, giving up a chance at our own language to adopt the language of the shards of the progenitor our progenitor loved more than anything else in the world. IT WAS FOR LOVE. *fluffs up feathers*
Everiine is a man, and is very manly. This MAN before you is so manly you might as well just gender bend right now, cause he's the manliest man that you ever did see. His manly shape has spurned many women and girlyer men to boughs of fainting. He stands before you in a manly manerific typical man-like outfit which is covered in his manly motto: "I am a man!"

But... no. Before Hallifax, there was... a mini-Hallifax thing devoted to Trill culture. Which we planned on making something of one day, but then Hallifax came out with all its research-supremacy and enormous Trill population, so we sort of got... overshadowed.

Despite the fact that he is a god, his power is only nearly god-like.

If I remember right, it started as the clan dedicated to bringing Hallifax back (and there was a similar one for Gaudiguch). Somehow I ended up the leader of the clan, renamed it to "Cloud--" something, and it was dedicated to exploring trill culture. But yeah, Hallifax coming out pretty much killed the clan. I sold it off not long after that.

Cloudhost! Before it was the Matrix Foundation or something similar. I still have notes and things from it dated 5 years ago. RIP Cloudhost. :-<
Right! There was a name even before it was the Matrix Research Foundation, began with an E, I think. I miss the Cloudhost, too .

Eliz Teritia? I think it was supposed to be lucidian (or made up trill?) for something related to Hallifax.
If that's not exactly it, it's close enough!

Eliz Tirita. Cloud Friend in Lucidian. Them's was the good ol' days, grinding Hand quest over and over in the vain hope of getting the cities to come back.
...Oh wait. That does sound familiar. Apparently I'm really old too. :-S

I remember grinding the Mesa quest back before it was an actual conflict mechanism. It was pretty fun to add to the statue. I think I successfully completely the actual finding/using the Hand quest once, maybe twice. Man, nostalgia, right in the feels.
