Great Rune of Spatial Expansion

Is this rune still available for purchase? I've checked the artifact shops multiple times over the last three days (after weave shifts/new months), but it still hasn't popped up yet.

I haven't heard anything about it being discontinued, but I can't find it either... and when I try to upgrade my runes, it gives me an error message. Shenanigans!

EDIT: Perhaps @Iosai or @Estarra can shed some light over this?

I received a reply email from artifacts. The spatial runes are now up for sale again at the Exhibit of the Techniques of the Master Artisans.
