Contemplate Trigger

I'm looking to replace an old trigger that I had at one point. I had a trigger for Contemplate that would Toad/Absolve/Wrack when mana was low enough, but it seems I'm missing half of it. This is what I can find of it, the script:

I think I need an alias and trigger to go with this, but they've both been lost. Anyone able to write one up for me?

(yes, I know the syntax for Absolve is wrong. I wrote that in to post it on Pastebin)

    ^(\w+)\'s mana stands at (\d+)\/(\d+)\.$

    Put that as a trigger and put the type behind it as perl regexp. You don't need an alias.

    contemplateCheck(matches[3], matches[4])

    Put that in the big box below to have the function fire with current and maximum mana and take the appropriate action.
