How long do item customisations generally take?

I've been told they don't take long.  It's been a week since I sent the e-mail, and I'm just wondering if I should send a follow-up e-mail to confirm it was received or keep waiting excitedly.

This is not to say I'm impatient, mind.  I just have a terrible track record for e-mails and a propensity to worry, heh.

Anywhere between 10 seconds to 3 weeks.  It's completely up to when Estarra is able to get to it.

Oh! Do the credits need to be bound or unbound?

Uh, don't think it actually matters; she can take them away whether they are bound or not.  Doesn't really hurt to just bind up to 50 though, since she takes bound first.
