How exactly do you gain an honour tick for publications as a House of Letters?

Is the honour gain based on a success or just the act of submitting one? In both instances(having a book of mine put forth and then having it pass successfully for literary last weave) we never gained an honour tick for it. Does it work on every book or is it every X number like some of the other tick types?

You need to get it accepted as a prestige book for the honor tick, so you've got two chances per every two IG years.

It's a huge honor tick, at least.

Pretty sure it's actually for having it successfully accepted as a scholarly or literary prestige (a notable book), rather than just for publishing large piles of things.  It is not very clear in the help file, but that's what's shaking around in my head at least.
