What is this place people are talking about? Seems like yet another thing that happened while I was on one of my long breaks from this game.

Searching the news, I'm finding some scant information about its connection to the Goloth stuff, but absolutely nothing else. I can't find an events or announce about it, so if somebody could point me to one of those in case I just haven't noticed that one yet, that would be helpful. HELP 12 doesn't seem to list it at all.

I'm not even sure where to begin looking for this place. Anything you guys are willing to share would be appreciated.

I think the easiest way is to have someone with the vernal curio collection take you there, aside from that there is a denizen with a hot air balloon who will take you there. I seem to remember that he is around the tidal flats north of the inner sea. You have to find some parts and fuel for his balloon which I think are also floating around the inner sea.
