So, in order to get unenemied to the Kepheran Hives, I need to look for Queen Imhohet. But, she's not around. Does that mean I have to raise her? Also, is it possible for me, having enemy status to the Kepheran Hives, to actually raise the queen?

You need Queen Imhohet IIRC, same way you need to raise the specific NPC for the Illithoid too.

If they're not up, you either have to raise them or wait till someone else does.

The attendant (?) in the Imhohet Vats can take care of enemy statuses to the Hives.

Erm, I've tried with the attendant, but it says the attendant is not the leader of any organisation.
