Figurine Level and Essence

What's the multiplier per level on figurines offered for essence? Anyone know?

You get 5% more essence out of esteem per level, starting with 10% at level 2 (so an unenchanted gives you 100 essence, a level 1 gives you 100, and level 2 gives you 110). You can also miniaturise it for an extra boost (I think I heard the number 2% per level somewhere, but don't quote me on that).
