I was wondering, can you do the following with the Aquachemantic Chalice or the Wildewood Garland?

Etchings from Spellcraft

Attach a sling

Attach Gripping/Shield Runes

Customise them via credits

    Should be able to customize; they're not on the restricted list.

    Last I heard, no sling attachment was allowed, but that could have been ninja-changed.

    Runes and etchings will have to be addressed by another party.

    Etchings yes, most likely yes on runes, as they're basically staves/cudgels.
    Sling attaching may need to be envoyed.
