Cumulative powerlog summary thingie

I made a thing which will sum up powerlog summaries over a range of months and then outputs it close to the original format.

cupower <number>

or

cupower <start> <end>

will run the script, either looking back over the last X days for the first syntax, or summing up everything between a start and endpoint for the second (Like.. cupower 5 7 would sum up everything between 5 and 7 days ago)

This is what the output looks like: (It uses ndb to color names if you have ndb, otherwise they should print out grey)
