Submitting bardics

Please explain very slowly and with small words how to submit something to bardics. So far, I have a thing listed under "drafts" but it have no idea how to actually submit it.

At the bottom, above the 'save' / 'preview' buttons is a radio button to select 'Draft' or 'Review'. Select 'Review': it means "flag for review", i.e. "submit".

That could probably do with being more clearly labelled.
