Retiring with Cartels?

There are a lot of you retiring, and a moderate amount of you have private cartels. Maybe you have a personal vial that you won't be using anymore, or an axe that you liked to be the only one to use, but you're leaving now. Feel free to pm me here if you want to hand it off, so it isn't lost to posterity.

Side note you can also get your cartel deeded to your city.commune and then its never lost as long as you have a CL.

You could probably message the charities and have the designs moved or made private as well.

I've talked to Ianir about this, and while the admin can do it, they apparently have to move them over manually. I'd actually prefer to move them to a more.available cartel or public if the admin had some way to handle it.

Hello! Just to offer a bit more clarity on this point: we can move the designs, or change whether they are public/private. We do also have to do it manually, for every single design.

That doesn't mean you should never ask! There are some times where a genuine mistake is made, or something happens where you really need the designs moved. In those cases it's totally fine to ask (and you can do so by messaging Us in game). But it does mean that we're unlikely to move your 50 private designs to another cartel if you're retiring or passing the cartel on, etc.

We will also only ever accept such requests from the Trademaster and/or cartel owner, and will clarify with the recipient TM/cartel owner if relevant that it's okay to move things (in the case of transferring between cartels).
