After some talk on the Discord, I decided to make this post to give everyone the lines for the different stud tell effects. This will make capturing these tells in your voice chat a bit easier and demonstrate how each effect looks.

As you twist a rusty spiked tongue stud, the aethers twist around your head in a harmonic response.

You churn out harsh, grating thoughts at PERSON, whispering, "Hm."

With harsh, grating tones that stab through your mind, Yendor whispers, "Hm."

As you twist a sensuous pink tongue stud, the aethers twist around your head in a harmonic response.

You caress the thoughts of PERSON as you whisper, "Hm."

Caressing your ear, the voice of Yendor whispers, "Hm."

As you twist a sombre hollow tongue stud, the aethers twist around your head in a harmonic response.

Your mental voice booms at PERSON, telling them, "Hm."

The hollow voice of Yendor reverberates in your mind, "Hm."

As you twist a bright silver tongue stud, the aethers twist around your head in a harmonic response.

Chiming like gently struck crystal, you echo to PERSON, "Hm."

Like a peal of chimes, Yendor's voice echoes in your ear, "Hm."

As you twist a frosty white tongue stud, the aethers twist around your head in a harmonic response.

Chills permeate your voice as you think of PERSON and tell them, "Hm."

The cold voice of Yendor sends chills down your spine, "Hm."

As you twist a glowing gold tongue stud, the aethers twist around your head in a harmonic response.

Harmony echoes in your mind as you sing to PERSON, "Hm."

The melodious voice of Yendor resonates in your mind, "Hm."

As you twist a brilliant diamond tongue stud, the aethers twist around your head in a harmonic response.

Like the pealing of so many bells, your voice rings to PERSON, "Hm."

The bright, bell-like voice of Yendor rings in your ear, "Hm."

As you twist a glimmering purple tongue stud, the aethers twist around your head in a harmonic response.

Your soft voice reaches out to PERSON, tickling their ear, "Hm."

The soft voice of Yendor tickles your ear, "Hm."

Oh, is that how that works? Tongue studs? Huh. I noticed the different tell messages, but didn't know how you went about it.

Yep, basically the process: acquire coin, spin wheel, get fortune cookie, eat cookie, get stud, twist stud. Now you have those tell effects.
