Updating CGHELP Files

We have been through an combat overhaul and a guild overhaul, and our CGHELP files have lagged behind.

I started working on Serenwilde's, found that we were not the only org out of date, so I figured I would post this here so others may also update theirs.

Common Issues:

TELEPORT and CLOTTING are now default on all newbies without any lesson investment. They can TELEPORT NEXUS, TELEPORT COLLEGIUM, and TELEPORT NEWTON right out of the portal.

MXP Link Formats - LINK(TEXT) is deprecated, and doesn't offer a great amount of control or utility. There is a new system we can take advantage of.

Lessons - Lots of out of date lesson counts.

A straight out of the Portal newbie starts with 150 lessons. The moment they learn anything, they gain an achievement that grants 5 additional lessons.

Not mentioned here, but you should make a special note to encourage newbies to get to Discipline - Curing and Discernment - Diagnose and use both of those skills at least once (even just typing "AC" and "DIAG"). Using those skills once will net the newbie 25 lessons each (50 total) to play with.

This is common knowledge, but I figured it would be worth mentioning Just In Case(TM).

It would be neat if at some point newbies just came into the collegium with these skills already learned, seeing as they refund back the lessons anyhow

I think needing to learn the learning commands in general is important though, and having the achievements in place so that they need to learn the skills, use AB, and then use the commands themselves to take advantage of them might be worth it.

I think that learning how to learn is a great fit for an introduction to the game, personally.
