Artifact vial question - Sorcelglass

If you attach a rune to an artifact vial, are you able to at a later point in time use a sorcelglass scroll to change the design, or are you pretty much stuck with the design you had when you attached your rune?

    I can't see why you wouldn't be able to; aren't they functionally identical to rune'd vials? ETA: I'd suggest ISSUEing yourself before making any decision based on that one!

    You can resorcelglass arti vials, yes. And amusingly enough, dingbat vials.
