Which artifact runes can be attached to horns and watches?

I know that horns and watches may be made permanent by attaching some but not all artifact jewelry runes.  Anyone happen to have some kind of anwer on which ones may be used?

A lacework of silver is exquisitely formed and thickly clustered around
the middle of this watch to conceal and protect the inner workings. The
outer edges are thin, naught more than thin swirling loops which obscure
nothing. Tiny flecks of obsidian are scattered along the strands, and
only through close inspection can it be observed that these flecks each
have eight legs. The center of the watch's face consists of
intricately-shaped obsidian, a black rose with a pair of obsidian thorns
forming the hands. This face is covered by a thin pane of glass, upon
