New Character Generators
I stumbled upon these sites, thought they were pretty nifty.
First one is a dollmaker, it's in japanese, but all you have to do is enter a character name in the ribbon at the bottom to start, and then click the pink setup> read me>OFF and then it will clear it for you. There aren't any male versions yet, but you can click the S for 'small' chest for a flat bust, and play with the shorter hairstyles. To save, right click on the image and save as.
Second one is a prompt generator for writing/drawing inspiration: Here
