Lotteries (and curio artifact packages)

I asked this on the old forum but never got an answer:

More towards the admin:
Do the lottery curios prizes include quest curios (moreso towards the "player's choice" rewards)?

and from that, if anyone has even spent the credits on the curio packages:
Can you get quest curios from the artifact packages?

    Re the first question, I'm not sure. Estarra's the only one who knows that.

    Re the second, curio packages sold will not give quest curios - nor can you rub curios to get them.

    Lottery curios don't include quest curios, sorry. Player's choice is magic item, dmp, buff or travel.
