Kephera Demigod Passive

Hello, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask.

Is the Keph demigod passive non stacking with tattoo armour? If so, what are the benefits of playing a Keph outside of RP if one of their demigod passives becomes effectively useless?

It does not stack. Without the artifact, it does nothing. It was created before armor changes. 

With the artifact, it's a good choice for tanking builds but it doesn't provide any armor benefit.

Yeah, this probably needs to be looked at. Surprised it hasn't been brought up before. I'll give it an admin report slot in July.
