Some quests are tracked, and in a hideous decision by the administration, these quest completions can be viewed as though they are an achievement. For example you can see who has made an eaf (a highly contentious thing that pisses the forests off because it requires killing or corrupting a fae) simply by checking QUESTS XEETH RANKINGS. 'Quests all' will show you which quests have been made with, or converted to this new system.
Older quests are more difficult to track. Some of them give Global messages when they are completed, thus someone can just zip in, scent, and deduce that whoever is there is the culprit.
Alternately, if you do not have the gem of cloaking, your location on the who list can clue people in. If you are spotted hanging around in Shallamurine all day, and suddenly Marani is raised, then at minimum you might expect to be questioned by people who object to this quest being done.
