    If it's not your birthday, it's probably a bug. You should bug it like everyone else already has.

    I am getting this message too. It was recently my birthday though and I got my gift for that without typing anything. This was not showing up in the time since, so I will agree with @Akyaevin. Sounds like you just need to wait and everyone will likely be getting something.

    It was probably a bug associated with the recent registration merging. Mnemosyne was able to get credits from it, though it wasn't her birthday.

    Same here, could also get credits for it even though it was not by birthday. Issued and standing by.
