See, I've always come at this from the other angle, which is that when you go to post on forums in any thread about combat balance, you should have to click the following declaration: "I have not just had my ass handed to my by somebody using this skill". But I prefer your idea. Call it the Vial of Tears. And if you're a demesne fighter, it can be upgraded to a bucket.
