How long has the webclient had that opening music piece, and who made it?

I was just logging on through http://client.lusternia.com/ on my parent's computer to try and do the daily quest event and was taken completely by surprise when music started playing, they had their speakers way up for some reason. I logged in and out like 4-5 times to play it again.
