Wayfaire stuff

Decided to take a look at BEAST INFO of my phoenix that I'd gotten at the wayfaire and noticed this:

Taken from HELP CUSTOMBEAST, it says the following:
     - Can never die; permanent level 13

Does that effectively mean the dingbat mounts from the wayfaire cannot die? Or do they just get the benefit of being able to be level 13 as well?
If it's the former, do they get the extra 200 trains that custom beasts get, as well?

I think either your phoenix is bugged, or you've attached a collar to it.

My collared beast is lvl 12.

My collared dingbat beast is lvl 12. Must be a bug.
