Sergio broken

Right now Sergio is broken. I've submitted a bug report about this but... even if he does get fixed I think it'll be too late for me to complete the monthly quest. I was wondering 'f there's any way I could get help with this, and if so how to proceed.
Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.

    Nothing. He's not responding to anything. No greeting, no spoken words, and he doesn't thank me for returning the wigs to him.
