Missing Recording!

Looks like my stage tutorial recording has been erased! Could anyone have done this but me? 
I used to make cakes.

    All stage managers are capable of erasing productions for good if I recall correctly. 

    STAGE MANAGERS LIST to find the culprit. Then apply a healthy mix of slap, shinkick, rue, and shakefist at them.

    This isn't an answer, but it happened to me before too with two of my older stage productions. I couldn't figure out who or what had caused it either. In the end, I just recorded both productions again.

    Yikes. I'll be gutted if it happens to something I can't just re-record. Bug or saboteur?
