I feel like the deepest rooms in Icewynd would be the cavern system in Climanti Past; sure, you have to climb up a bit on a mountain path to get into Climanti, but after that you have to burrow back down again into the cavern system where they were going to try to hide (note that rooms moved up / down are not really a good indication of elevation change, as some ups could be 10 feet whereas others could be 100+).
