Destroying Modules

So. I want to downsize my aethership, but some pesky modules are getting in the way.

manse destroy room nw
You cannot destroy that room because there is an aethership module in it.

Is it possible to destroy a module, so that I can summarily destroy the room in question?

    Problem is, I'm down to only rooms with a module. And I...don't want them.

    couldn't you 'move' the fulcrux room by rearranging all the other rooms around it?

    Sure, but you'd still have the same module in it that you did when you started.

    And it would still be the fulcrux room.

    The gods can move a module to a different room, but I don't think they'd be wanting to do that on a regular basis.

    Maybe sell your ship and use the proceeds to buy/build a smaller ship?
