Selling a shop, it's just sitting around collecting dust. There's 19 items in the stockroom you're welcome to have for keeps! Here's what the shop includes:

+ 2 rooms                                 - 365,000g

BONUS

If you want to do a direct trade with Achaean credits, I will sell for 650cr.

Additionally, if your character is Celestian, this manse is already connected to Celest and no fees will need to be incurred further on that (also the permissions are all up to date).
