I like liquid aminos myself. Very low sodium (6% of your daily) and the flavor is a neat hybrid of beef broth and soy sauce to me. Just contains soy proteins and water.

You can generate essence hunting from corpses. Though you can do the same thing if your god has a realm aetherhunting.
