How much effort (Or $$) this game is asking me for just to become a somewhat formidable combatant and fighter. Why are all the useful abilities nearing transcendent? Is this to discourage some sort of aspect to combat and looking forward to it?

Yeah I came at a weird time during the game.. Didn't know about zombies or anything and kept getting eaten by them.. Was kind of frustrating while I'm trying to learn my way around especially since they're in cities and wraiths too.

Curious about creating an Enemy/Ally database on mudlet so when I send QW it will auto-enemy/auto-ally those who are on my ENEMY/ALLIES list, while respecting the green/red function in CONFIG. I don't even know where to start on such a thing.
