A RL day of straight aetherbashing to demigod is enough to enter combat, ignoring supplies and studying.
Excelling takes way longer as it should, but being generally useful doesn't take much at all.
Everything else helps a lot. -

I just don't like people misrepresenting fire forte and making it look like something completely unique to Gaudi, as a skill concept at least.
Though Halli having a counter dmp to it definitely makes it awkward too. -

To extend to the chaos blessing advice, you don't need it 98% of the time. It helps a lot, but you're only gonna need it when fighting the toughest IMO.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm pretty sure that's because the damage boost isn't necessary 98% of the time, which is why it's okay. It's based on need.

You don't get a wand of maggoting to kill the Big Bad Griefer instantly, but you might have a bett…I don't even get what you're trying to say at this point.It seems to me that you expect your character to remain PvP-relevant after reaching a level of viability without having to further engage in grinding.I'm saying that high tier combatants play the PvE game in order to even begin to compete. An example is bashing to demigod. It's just how it is. If PvPers can reach the highest levels solely through PvP, it would have happened already.
