Sorry to nitpick, but isn't wood more of an insulator for electricity? Unless directly hit with lightening, then the water inside would heat up and explode, but that is taking it a bit far.

Can villages buy commodities again? But this way the commodities bought are at a fixed price and don't go into the village's stores, which lowers it's own prices. It's a way of removing excess comms from the basin without hurting the economy too muc…
