  • No, that is NZD.  At current exchange rates, 1 NZD = around 0.82 USD - so $13.75 = around USD$11.40 - $8.20/gallon = USD$6.79/gallon

    Side note:  Tipping is not a common practice in NZ, hence the higher base rate.
