I like Azula's idea too. It's more what I was leaning toward. Making succumb last a short time but incurable would remove the need for an aeon lock to stick it and makes the mana drain more viable. Obviously the mana drain on succumb would need to b…
The thing about keeping succumb as a curable affliction is we'll probably need to work out a way for an MD to prevent it being cured to an extent that they can get a toadcurse off. Right now, waning's eq is about 4 seconds long, which means that wit…
Well, the question is, should we move succumb to one of the overhaul cures? Or should we make it a time-based aff and adjust it to scale up on something?
In regards to addressing sleeplock, should the angle be from removing aeon…
Well, let's backtrack a little. We all at least agree sleeplock needs to go, let's sketch out a design of what MDs should look like without it and figure out about how to go about reports later. If anything, I'll give up my slot some months to take …
Yeah. I mean, I guess you're right. We can also sketch out a long term plan and write it in a doc somewhere and reference it in each report, and then just share slots amongst Seren envoys to try to implement things too, if push comes to shove.
Hack works pretty well as a prismatic breaker, actually. But I think (not sure) full is too short of an duration for hack to hit it unless the moondancer did it back to back.
I admit I didn't put a whole lot of thought into it. It's an ugly off-the-cuff set of ideas I'm just throwing out there half for fun and half to help brainstorming.
Re: ego kill - Yeah, definitely not necessary. Although it'd be…
The problem with Moondancers is that they really only worked reliably with hexes. They had the classic hexen sleeplock which required the following components:

He wasn't comparing paranoia and aeon, he was saying that those are things he's used and got bitched at for. In response to the post you literally just made where you said "If only we learned how to deal with skills rather than …
It's a deeper, more complicated problem with the playstyle that demesnes encourage in general. If a melder does not want to die in their demesne, 90% of the time they won't unless they made a big trip up, or they were zerg-zerged. It's really easy f…
Same thing happens to me on some mobile devices. Found out that you have to click the little 'show source' button and basically type out your post in HTML to stop your keyboard from doing that. What a hassle.
Whatcha reporting? Domoths definitely need a good looking at to make them more fun and engaging. Was briefly playing with the idea of doing a big domoth report or doing piecemeal stuff. I just had zero ideas. I know the idea to delete stage 3 was po…
I dunno, the more I think about pureblade after testing more, the more I think that twist is pretty good use for bleeding, and in and of itself could serve as PB's "alternative kill route" (in similar concept to BC's pulp or BM's new haymaker) with …
Meld bombs seem to be hitting a lot harder than I remember too. I remember even buffed Geomancer pollute used to take me down to about ~40-45% health. Now, everyone bombs me to ~15% and below. That's part of the reason I've been so iffy about changi…
From the Serenwilde Forest, a spear flies up into the sky, glowing with an emerald green light. It grows larger and larger until it is like an enormous bolt of green li…
Not sure if we're allowed to introduce new affs at this point. Technically we can maybe repurpose internalbleeding as an aff somehow to make it more helpful toward the bleed strategy.
