Torture did almost the same damage as 2 demonmark excruciate did. And no, it does not stun long enough for wrack. The stun lasted like 1 second and easily sipped up before they could do anything again.

I'm in agreement, it's a nice combination of the ascension discs and commandant items, and as Enya pointed out, as long as it can be tied down to PvE only we won't have another runaway power like IllusorySelf was.
Wasn't aware it worked like that, figured it behaved like -every- other affliction in the game. If necessary, can make it so that you have to cure it individually since it takes a while to stack up to a usable level.
