As long as it maxes out at some point, I'm fine with this idea as well. No need for it to be infinitely scaling.
Solid suggestion either which way it gets implemented (if it does).
I'd like to support this notion of there at least being a comment field like designs have to go over the shortcomings or problems the submission had.

Just poking in to say that Bug 25016 still exists for the aetherspheres being unable to be broken down.
