Every org has ministers, but the word minister itself seems Hallifaxian more than it does any other org. Maybe it's the 1984 ministries guiding that association for me though

I think you'll find a lot of possible overlap between different factions, and maybe would want to consider a descriptor (a Priestess of Ashtaroth, for example) so you could have room for a Moon Priest from Serenwilde, also for example!
