Please ensure that the Mist isn't useable on denizens in a revolt. Being able to negate someones victory on an important named denizen is far too much.
The short of it is that it's a Collectible Card Game of sorts. There's no real short way to explain how the game functions, but Ikons are pretty much Lusternia's answer to M:TG or Pokemon TCG.
