It was hilarious how quickly Celestines and low magic users died.IIRC their current power is reset to 0 (and they need to redraw from their remaining reserves) they have a regeneration period before they can launch and they lose all recorded flashpoints.

Actually, it does.Garrus deserves his own game, such is the awesomeness of his character. I actually found myself going through the game wishing I could actually play squad mates as main characters in their own missions, just so I could play as him.
