  • (Quote) I was referring to one of the repetitions specifically. You'll have to figure it out on your own which I meant (or if I meant the post itself!).

  • There is even a means to have four active trade skills. HalleLU.

  • (Quote) I really cannot stress enough how amazing a Lifeproof is. I abuse the hell out of it, and I've not gotten a single crack nor sign of wear. I've had to replace my case's front once (after about 11 months of having it), because I …
  • My pings usually come in 86-90. I couldn't tell you if I'd ever notice it. 100ms is .1 seconds - even at 150ms (.15 seconds) I can't imagine it's actually that noticeable, unless there's just a ton of information.

    I don't …

  • (Quote) I don't believe so - they have the same decay time as raw tea herbs always have, though, for parity. Six months, give or take.

Should be plenty of time for someone to retrieve them.

    Re increasing shop rifts, I don't …
  • (Quote) It doesn't. It meant your one stack (a replica) was completely remove from the replica database. We will very likely kill upwards of 15k replicas in the coming couple weeks, as they start to decay/get shifted to rifts, etc.
  • Although as a purely personal afterthought on the - if any - economic impact, isn't there an argument to be made that it would likely increase the cost of herbs and alchemical goods in an economy that already suffers from severely undervalued produc…
  • There are more than 8,000 stacks of herbs in the game, not counting commodities. (Comparatively, the most hamsters ever in a given hunt is 1,000. Replica bloat can be a big problem - it's why we use and encourage rifts wherever possible. Cutting out…
  • (Quote) Should be, it's magic type. Any non-unblockable damage would probably go through the routines for DMP.

        - a rapturous romance

in Mystery Plot Generator Comment by Eventru March 2013

  • The greatest post-Twilight romance ever contemplated, that's what.
  • I think if you want to do a proper hunting guide, you'll really want to break it down by class and damage types. Level doesn't mean so much across the broader spectrum.
  • I know you are! I just don't want it to turn into a forum brawl - let's just be glad it's sorted and move on.
  • Play nice.
  • Naughty.

  • All existing quest fae were intended to be temporary (snoefaasia just weren't being removed properly). Versus making it the new year like the originals, it's just 'after 12 months'.

Thanks C! Now I at least understand what you …
  • You've never been told to hinge anything on something you know nothing about. If it was felt a Night report was needed, there'd probably be one. Choke was removed, however it wasn't the end-all-be-all of Night - right? I mean, that was the argument …
  • (Quote) It wasn't mocking, it was teasing - pretty light-hearted, at that. The very same teasing I give every other envoy at every opportunity that arises.  Re the post I up'd, the remark made me chuckle - and was obviously intended as …
  • (Quote) Yeah, I think that's right - and, iirc, if you don't have Acrobatics for whatever reason, your dodging is a whopping 2% or something. IE, they use the same dodge system/functions/etc. It doesn't 'stack' per se, or compound, but …

  • The dodging stacks to some degree, but my understanding is that it 'piggy-backs' off Acrobatics dodging.

And while you might find them unnecessary, who knows - maybe someday bards will have an alternate secondary skillset.

  • (Quote) Swinging his hand back and forth, Eritheyl shouts a snappy "NO BOOZE NO OASIS, OKURR?" at ^target, who collapses in a puddle of ruinous, tear-globbed makeup.

  • (Quote) They have to be sensible and actual sentences.

If you do "Red blue pink argle blargel Malarious Eritheyl ^target blue blue red dog yellow on the pasture yawn Celina", you'll find things going very poorly for you.

  • (Quote) Actually, each guild had their own places, one at a time, randomly picked when they started that 'round'. Your first one was always in that first place, and it's the only place that would ever be found until you found it and the…
  • (Quote) Um. No, I'm pretty sure I didn't, heh. I think I said it'd be nice, but I've never committed to an end date (it's not my project!).

  • Yeah, Enyalida messaged me that and I forgot to mention it.

    Good envoys. /pet
  • (Quote) Yeah, I was speaking pretty broadly, particularly to the general conversation. As always people switch into envoy mode (not a bad thing) and talk about what they want to do and what have you - I wasn't referencing Thul's concern…
  • When I've used the term "more 1v1 oriented", I was really mis-speaking. They're divorced of their demesne, and are therefore more mobile. As a cost of that, they're less capable of dealing passive, regular afflictions to multiple people.
