  • I'm pretty sure I know who he's talking about, and it was several years ago.

Yes. And they can do it when no one will notice (until far afterwards), thereby removing all 'RP' and 'conflict'.

  • It looks like that's not currently a thing, huzzah!

However, this might be as a result of the racial overhaul (hopefully not), as other racial features of Wildewoods are currently bugged out.
  • I know! What I mean is that (last I remember), Wildewood can't use any of the family adoption syntaxes. You're literally not allowed to have children.

EDIT: I'm up to retest with someone, though!
  • Just a heads up: Wildewoods can't have children, which will be a pretty big hurdle.

No, it isn't because spire is up. You can check BODYSCAN REGENERATION FULL to see what source your regens are coming from.
  • There was early concern that Elfen and Faeling regeneration perks were not on par with the other racial abilities, with their limited terrain and with how easy it is to otherwise cap out regeneration. Is that still on anyone's radar?
  • Just finished the long drive south to visit family for a while. I'm going to be really busy the next week or so, and will be away from my computer. Will read messages, yadda yadda.

    Wrong.
  • Or manicure curios for whoever.
  • Farm elemental  ;)

    @Qistrel is…
  • The city ones (some of them, at least) put out more power per sweep, that's the big difference there.

  • No? Buffs to a vitals pool are not the same as increasing a stat (though that also increases your pool).
  • I bet it's about the vote weight changes, where if you're in a manse you're not counted as online for vote weight, so when it goes to check it's turning off defenses.

I misread that as 'gayer' and nodded knowingly. You had me excited for a minute there.
  • How about something in line with the Viscanti and Dracnari percentile chance abilities for Lucidians, but in reaction to being hit instead of on hit - like a woodchem reactive. What about... shroud at night/inside, aoe attack outside during the day?…
  • Almost anything else would be less disruptive: The biggest unique feature of Lusternia's balance paradigm is the need to manage active power. It's a thread that runs through the vast majority of reports, all of them that have some kind of power cost…
  • Honestly, the only power I'm really concerned about is the Lucidian artifact perk. 20% faster active power regeneration affects the balance such a huge swathe of the game (all power skills), it's a problematic abilitiy. Even if the active power abil…
  • Discipline makes you recover Willpower faster. You should also use kirigami, which restore a big chunk (50%?) of your willpower when they wear off after an hour.
  • That more something about you, not much about the system . It'd be like me leaving my race because they changed the bonus on ikon consuming: sure, the change will drive a players choice, but...
  • They probably thought you meant dishonoring. (Quote)
  • Not sure if this is out of date, but it might help.
  • That's the best way to run it: Hold a vote wherein you must present your vote in person somehow - through an internal newspost, a letter, direct contact with the GM, just NOT a referendum. No one but you votes? Those aren't 'no' votes, they're absen…
  • Echo concerns about active power regen.

Is the viscanti sickening breath on command, or tied to the 5% chance? Sickening doesn't do that much, but it does interfere with curing plague and paralysis.

    EDIT: I'm also no…
  • If you want to continue talking about it, start a new thread.
  • @Xenthos is correct. It was said to be part of the proposal, period. I've refrained from direct quotes to that effect because I closed the window before grab…
  • It was made clear that in  this thread administrative comments and replies were made in the context of needing to purchase the power as a demigod. Further, there was an expression of incredulity from admins to the tune of  "You mean you didn't know …
  • When the special anomaly for a project says "This was the plan all along, and is how it's going to be one way or another", people tend to get the idea that it's.. going to be that way like it or not. In the past, that has very much been th…
  • Right, that would help tremendously from my perspective. While a delayed cure poison limb break would be crazy, downgrading that to effectivly no benefit is too strong.
  • @Winnae is saying that you'd have a special, automatic item based on your org. That item is what actually stores your power reserves, and also lets you call u…
