Not entirely certain what it is you're asking for here. What I think you're asking for is already availible through BODYSCAN sorting through the various sorts of buff. There's too many sub-types to fit in any reasonable way in a single output. For i…
Make them not "pyromancer melds" and "aquamancer melds" . Aquamancer can add some water to room to allow them to use aquamancy actives in it to a limited degree, pyromancers can add sparks and they don't overwrite each other. Both the aquaman…
One thing to consider is how much linkage between nodes is really necessary, as opposed to just having a few stronger-than-meld node rooms set up, powers to manipulate the nodes (move them around etc.), and abilities in the primary that don't REQUIR…
Sickle seems bad now because there aren't really contested timequakes, so faster doesn't make much of a difference. Having to stand on it less time in a fight would be useful though.
Agreed. It's only a useful power when the timequake is in a hard to access, enemy territory area. In other words, where you can't have someone sit there and be a teleport point because they'll be killed.
Frankly at the upper ends it might come down more to benefit versus upkeep cost instead of comparative benefit. One might be better than the other in some niches, but on its own is it worth the upkeep cost?
I have two overall concerns with the new design concept.
First, while it will make it somewhat less of a headache as you won't NEED a melder to counter a melder and therefore people aren't pushed into a class they hate... it also seems li…

Neither of the takes on what woodchem links do is precisely correct.
Being in the room with a linked person gives the woodchem increased range on their bombs. Being in the meld of a linked melder gives the woodchem +10% dam…
"Our side got hammered ina nine vs four this time. Really goes to show what people can do when you show up. Keep up the good work. And props to timequakes for getting people more involved" […
Yeah I can see that too. Being able to pick having comments visible to third-party observers while working on a reports helps to thread that needle for me. I don't understand the point of having a working period at all after which players can revise…
I only included the bit about being able to turn off comments because of the hesitation I saw at allowing comments at all from the admins. Presumably this is to insulate report writers from too much backlash or brigading. With even slight mod…
I suggest the following setup instead of the extant one posted in the OP of the thread. Most of the numbers are just random inserts - except for the 3 reports per active person submission limit.
1) some formal means for players to raise big issues that might crop up outside of a reporting period. This could be as simple as having that be a function for the envoy channel, or for some kind of off-period votin…
What I would suggest is untying the commenting and player feedback portion of making reports from the actual report period. Allow players to workshop and generate consensus for reports at any time, so that they can organize themselves for when there…
That's why I make the diversity distinction. Balance is wishy washy and useless.
I can see a big threat forcing Serenwilde to decide that the best way to fulfill its core purpose would be to partner with the other forest. The purpose of …
And I contest that Seren is fundamentally about a "return" to anything, as opposed to a progressive goal. The idea of a pure nature unspoiled by people is a wholly ooc sentiment about earth. The Soulless have existed as long as all of creation, and …
Assuming the old orgs solution, Seren could revisit the Viscanti thing. We've allowed some case by case with special RP, it could be managed and expanded on
Add to that, the details I was provided are nonsense: they allege that someone denied this mystery rejectee when that person is not and has never been a security aide, or a member of the council, or any other elected OR appointed position in the …
Reminder: I'm on this person's side! I want to know if something fishy is happening. I suggested a private venue, which was refused. I promised to keep the info private, refused.
While yes it would be a lot of work to make entirely new orgs, it seems to me that the only possibilities that will have anything like a good outcome will require a lot of work anyways. Can't be looking to pump out a quick change or one-and-done ban…
