  • I think it's something like the Gaudy Glamrock: It was always overpriced, but it served to patch an otherwise old and clunky system. Both have stuck around so long because fixing said systems isn't the easiest and there have been bigger fish to fry.…
  • Yep! The same goes for any trade artifact that doesn't produce special products (or even the ones that do, probably).
  • That's probably not intended behavior, tbh. Also, it's still wayyyyyyyy too much to pay for such a niche benefit
  • Cloak hides you from GRID SCAN. Xenthos is right, Silentrun is to "sneak" around aetherbeasts, they'll still attack you but their detection radius becomes a lot smaller.
  • Our semesters start in January????
  • It's a thing that has been a factor since launch... and died as the curing overhaul went into effect, as mentioned at the start of the thread. The existing status quo is that cities do not need lorecrafters for anything but convenience (and fire def…
  • Frost isn't necessary for anything anymore, just provides a small fire damage defense.

Fire strictly speaking isn't either, as the freezing conditions are cured by purity dust, but the fire potion defense is useful.

  • This is a pretty big and unnecessary derail. If you are interested in revamping enchantments, go on ahead. If you need help figuring out how to post a new thread, I'd be happy to walk you through it.

Making alchemy both forests and citie…
  • Dreamweavers don't use absinthe anymore
  • You can look at the wiki, it's not super up to date (as it's a massive pain to get updates) but the damage types don't change very often. Off the top of my head, Wyrdenwoods deal almost entirely cutting/poison with a bit of asphyx thrown in. For bas…
  • (Quote) Not true, the associated guilds could brand someone an enemy to their planes - or at least, the Moondancers and Hartstone could to MoonSpirit and Hart
  • (Quote) This is just flat out wrong. You don't need to offer a full rework on an entirely different set of skillsets to make suggestions. Unnecessary. If it were required the entire envoy system just wouldn't work. As a communer, who cares…
  • Leaving a batch of skills out of a rework proposal is saying that you think those skills should be gone. Removing those skills (as well as the extraneous abilities all throughout these trees) is the basic premise of the entire proposal.
  • Probably topic for a tattoos thread
  • It's also not viable as a trade - even more so than most other trades. You're never ever going to make back what you invest in it.

I paid 0 gold (as I remember it) or close to that for my full set of tattoos and have no need to spend a si…
  • Yeah, I'm personally all for making trades more economically viable and less omnipresent due to combat perks.
  • Consensually touch more butts
  • Amazing update, great job!
  • Censers give you an alternate (faster) command for using terrain abilities, and explicitly not force terrain abilities. You can do ASHOP <id> for detailed information on an artifact.
  • I don't understand what the intended benefit of muting the snubber to the snub-ie is. The point of snub over all is to give players a way to deal with harassment in the moment, besides just logging off (potentially forever). Because Issues can take …
  • It would be cool if the duration of the abilities that require wood was based on the amount of wood you put in, with the ability to put in wood to extend the duration by that amount. In other words, use only 1 wood for 1/50th of the overall duration…
  • All of the woodchems require reagents and one commodity, and the commodity is based on what nebulously makes sense, not parity of cost. Wood tends to be the most expensive, I think? TBH it would be within reason for the communes to (partially) subsi…
  • There's an artifact that generates reagents already, but not wood. The issue with no. 1 is avoiding creating aethermines 2.0 for wood.
  • Maeve is *connected* to all the forest fae though, and can sometimes hive mind together with them
  • In which case you'd probably be done anyways, as you're taking enough burst damage to one vital to drop you below half before you can toggle it off.
  • Crow loses but Stag also dies
  • I suspect/hope that the core issue at hand with the hinted at upcoming special report for melders will be the melding mechanic itself and the concerns brought up in the last few posts
  • Well, alright then!

If you're reasonably tanky/careful you can do the dramatic majority of the quest solo, and it's not that hard. The puzzle was the only really difficult part, and it was just busted. Now that it's fixed, the quest is v…
  • We didn't have to wait, didn't think. Yeah, the limit is your bashing ability/crits, not resets like say.. Frosticia which requires at least three resets unless you have prior knowledge.

The good news is that the quest doesn't reset, so …
  • CHANGE SEARCH has the last update to TK skills timestamped 2017-10-04 01:31:40, psychic fist was changed to accomodate an overhaul change 2017-10-01 00:41:29.

Take another tert: Hexes. Last report was... 2013?
