Weapon enhancements cannot be duplicated on the same weapon, unless there's a Great Rune of the Elite Weaponsmith involved. Then you can have (at most) two instances of the same weapon enhancement.

When you're mounted, you cannot pick up items on the ground unless you have advanced skills training. For a relatively easy solution with regards to corpses and coins, get yourself acquisitio and avaricehorn enchantments.
