Sacraments used to have a skill called Dazzle. It was exactly the same as Glamours Fascination but was taken away long ago because it was deemed too OP! Then they built bards and gave it to them. Go figure haha

With giving each spec their own aff to build, does this mean that chills will become ineffective for other classes and orgs to build off of or at least advance to higher levels?
I really enjoy seeing the different areas pop up inside the rifts, its exciting to see past areas brought to life in this way as you get a taste of what was. So I must say thank you and a great job to everyone who help with timequakes!
